Absolute discretion is at the core of our brand. Suppliers are required to protect all client and company information with the utmost confidentiality. No client details, transactions, or engagements should be disclosed without explicit prior authorization. All employees, subcontractors, and third parties involved in Ethos & Power engagements must sign binding confidentiality agreements. Non-disclosure clauses must be adhered to, ensuring that sensitive discussions, personal information, and proprietary details remain strictly private.
Ethical Business Practices
Our suppliers are required to conduct themselves with integrity, fairness, and transparency, while fully adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption, and unethical practices, and suppliers are held to the same level of accountability and ethical conduct.
Service & Reliability Standards

Compliance & Monitoring

Any breach of these guidelines could result in immediate termination of contracts and legal action if necessary. We have a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct that compromises our values or client trust.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct may lead to contract termination without compensation, legal action if breaches compromise client confidentiality or business integrity, and blacklisting from future engagements with Ethos & Power and its affiliates

All suppliers must review, acknowledge, and adhere to this Code of Conduct. By engaging with Ethos & Power, suppliers agree to uphold these highest standards of service, discretion, and ethical business practices.
